Police launched an investigation after receiving a report of multiple alleged domestic violence incidents.
Following extensive investigations, police issued a 28-year-old senior constable with a court attendance notice on May 1.
The man was charged with 14 counts of access or modify restricted data held in computer and he will appear before Liverpool Local Court on June 12.
The police officer has been suspended with pay.
Following further investigations, the same man was arrested at Narellan Police Station on May 2, NSW police said.
He was charged with five counts of common assault DV, three counts of stalk or intimidate intend fear physical harm DV, two counts of use carriage service to menace or harass or offend and assault occasioning actual bodily harm DV.
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Picton Local Court on May 16.
